Terms and Conditions – Speak New Life Coaching Ltd

Welcome to Speak New Life Coaching Ltd. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your use of our coaching programmes, masterminds, challenges, and any other services provided by Speak New Life Coaching Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our").

1. Services Offered

1.1 One-on-One Coaching: Personalised coaching sessions designed to help clients identify their purpose, set goals, and take actionable steps toward achieving their desired outcomes.

1.2 Masterminds: Group coaching programmes, such as the 8-week mastermind based on John Maxwell’s principles, focusing on personal and professional growth.

1.3 Challenges: Short-term, interactive experiences (e.g., 3-day or 5-day challenges) designed to spark clarity, commitment, and momentum around personal and spiritual development goals. These may include live sessions, workbooks, and community interaction.

1.4 Digital Products: Resources such as eBooks, workbooks, and other downloadable materials offered for personal development purposes.

1.5 YouTube Memberships: Tiered membership plans offering exclusive content, support, and community engagement.

1.6 Merchandise Sales: Products, including sweaters and shirts, available for purchase.

2. Booking and Payments

2.1 Booking: Sessions, masterminds, and challenges must be booked through the appropriate channels provided, such as our website, email, or third-party scheduling tools.

2.2 Payment: Full payment is required to secure your booking for all coaching sessions, masterminds, challenges, or digital products. Payment links will be provided, and accepted payment methods will be detailed therein.

2.3 Refunds:

• Coaching sessions are non-refundable once confirmed.

• Mastermind and challenge payments are non-refundable after the programme has commenced.

• Digital products and merchandise are non-refundable unless proven defective.

2.4 Rescheduling:

• One-on-one coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.

• Mastermind sessions and challenges operate on fixed schedules and cannot be individually rescheduled.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Commitment: Clients are expected to commit to the agreed-upon action steps and be fully engaged during sessions, challenges, and group programmes.

3.2 Preparation: Clients may be required to complete forms or preparatory work before coaching sessions, masterminds, or challenges to ensure meaningful participation and progress.

3.3 Confidentiality: Clients agree to maintain the confidentiality of group discussions during masterminds and challenges to protect the privacy of all participants.

3.4 Data Privacy: By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (www.speaknewlife.com/privacypolicy).

4. Coach Responsibilities

4.1 Confidentiality: All client information shared during one-on-one coaching sessions will remain strictly confidential unless disclosure is required by law.

4.2 Professional Standards: Speak New Life Coaching Ltd will deliver all services with professionalism and in alignment with ethical coaching practices.

5. Masterminds & Challenges

5.1 Group Size: Masterminds and challenges will proceed with a minimum number of participants, as communicated during enrolment. If the minimum is not met, the programme may be rescheduled or cancelled, and participants will be offered a full refund.

5.2 Programme Access: Participants will receive access to any necessary materials and resources. Sharing these materials with non-participants is strictly prohibited.

5.3 Participation: Challenges and masterminds are time-sensitive. It is the responsibility of the participant to attend live sessions or complete activities within the scheduled timeframe.

6. YouTube Memberships

6.1 Membership Tiers: Benefits and access vary by tier. Details will be outlined on our YouTube page.

6.2 Cancellations: Members can cancel their subscription at any time through YouTube. Refunds for unused portions of a subscription period are not available (Refer to YouTube policy terms and guidelines).

6A.1 Coaching is a professional relationship designed to support clients in achieving their personal and professional goals. Speak New Life Coaching Ltd does not provide therapy, counselling, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. Coaching is not a substitute for such services. Clients remain responsible for their own choices, actions, and results. While we are committed to supporting clients in their growth, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Speak New Life Coaching Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenues, or data, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise. Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Speak New Life Coaching Ltd for services in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content, including but not limited to eBooks, workbooks, videos, challenge materials, and course resources, is the intellectual property of Speak New Life Coaching Ltd. Materials are provided for your personal use only. Redistribution, resale, reproduction, or sharing without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Termination

9.1 Speak New Life Coaching Ltd reserves the right to terminate any client relationship if the client violates these terms or engages in behaviour that is disrespectful or disruptive to the coaching or group environment. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

11. Media Consent

11.1 By participating in any of our services — including but not limited to online coaching sessions, masterminds, challenges, or community events (e.g., Zoom calls, webinars) — you acknowledge and grant Speak New Life Coaching Ltd the right to use photographs, screenshots, video recordings, or other media that may include your image or name for marketing, promotional, and training purposes.

11.2 We will not disclose any sensitive personal information without your prior consent. If you prefer not to have your image used, you may notify us in writing at admin@speaknewlifechallenge.com, and we will take all reasonable steps to honour your request.

12. Force Majeure
12.1 Speak New Life Coaching Ltd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to illness, internet or technology failures, strikes, lockouts, accidents, fire, or government restrictions.
